Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Adelanto, CA. This development role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a structured 16-week, self-paced training.

You will experience both virtual and hands-on learning with support from your District Leader, HR partner, and Store Manager coach to grow into leadership roles within CVS Health.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor background.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead a team and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leader in learning experiences to support you on your path to promotion.
• Support your store as management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage your colleagues in supporting the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market you work in.
• Willingness to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
