Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver strong customer service, and drive merchandising initiatives across the store.

The role emphasizes coaching, training and leadership development, while maintaining a focus on cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion. A HS diploma or GED is preferred and prior retail management experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Focus on developing leaders, coaching staff, and maintaining high retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and ensure in-stock products.
• Strong written and spoken communication; interpersonal skills.
• Prefer HS diploma or GED; one year of retail management experience acceptable.
