Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role focuses on coaching staff, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting merchandising and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising store staff and leading shift managers.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and coaching.
• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Experience handling cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Basic computer literacy with Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive customer service excellence.
• Train and coach team members to achieve performance and retention goals.
• Support Store Leader in merchandising, promotions, and planogram execution.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty enrollment.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and compliance with health/sanitation procedures.
