Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations including merchandising, stocking, and customer service.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and ensure goals.
• Plan and execute action plans to improve store results.
• Interview candidates and assist district manager with staffing decisions.
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with policies.
• Schedule weekly teams and manage shrink and cash handling.
• Communicate company initiatives and promote ALDI core values.
