Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports: set responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Develop action plans to improve store results using company resources.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement to district manager.
• Lead and supervise teams to achieve KPIs and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and revise weekly schedules and manage expenses.
