ALDI, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead and develop a store team while managing daily operations. You will work alongside associates in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership, driving results, and maintaining store standards.

The role is full-time with duties spanning stocking, merchandising, customer service, and policy compliance. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, and first-year earnings potential ranges from $86,500 to $95,500 (salary plus bonus where applicable).

Qualificações

• At least 18 years old is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail management is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate roles and expectations to direct reports and develop store personnel.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district support as needed.
• Interview candidates for store positions and recommend for advancement.
• Manage personnel, including performance evaluation and potential promotions.
• Collaborate with ALDI teams and partners to meet store goals.
• Lead and supervise the team to achieve KPI goals and budget targets.
• Model ALDI core values and align with company strategy.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive store environment.
• Plan and conduct store meetings and trainings as required.
