The role is full-time with 45 hours per week and a starting wage of $29.50 per hour. In the first year, earnings potential ranges from $83,500 to $100,500, based on location and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and high school diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in retail management.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPI goals.
• Plan and manage weekly schedules to ensure coverage.
• Communicate performance expectations to direct reports.
