ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin. This hands-on program prepares you to run your own store through leadership, operations, merchandising, and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train across store functions, develop teams, and participate in daily store operations while aligning with company standards and values. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with strong earning potential in year one.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel, communicating responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns in coordination with the district manager.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations for advancement or termination.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and federal/state regulations.
• Trains and develops store personnel to reach their maximum potential.
