ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn how to run a store through hands-on leadership experience. You will manage operations, develop teams, and drive results while working alongside associates in a fast-paced environment.

This role combines leadership duties with active participation in daily store operations, including stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards. Starting wage is $27.25 per hour with an estimated 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager involvement as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommending advancement and termination as appropriate.
