• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads and develops store personnel.

• Oversees issue resolution with employees and customers in coordination with district manager.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.
• Collaborates with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, vendors and partners.
• Leads and supervises the team to develop sales and achieve high performance.
• Understands and communicates the company strategy and core values.
• Fosters a positive, compliant store culture.
