7-Eleven in the United States is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced store leadership team. This role focuses on supervising store employees, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating day-to-day operations under the Store Leader.

You will help develop future leaders, oversee merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling and loyalty initiatives, and ensure a clean, safe, well-stocked store.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Focus on developing leaders, retaining talent, and empowering employees to stay productive.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and staff coaching with the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders and improve staff retention.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in stock.
• Demonstrate strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
