Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in the United States.

This role guides daily operations, trains team members, and delivers outstanding customer service while supporting the Store Leader and promoting store initiatives. You'll supervise staff, manage merchandising, handle cash and fuel transactions, ensure stock availability, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required if you have retail management experience.
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Strong communication, intrapersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and provide customer service leadership and coaching.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure stock availability.
