7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in the United States. This role focuses on customer service leadership, staff training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader to deliver excellent store performance.

You will assist in merchandising and marketing programs, promote our loyalty initiatives, manage cash handling and fuel transactions, and ensure a clean, safe customer experience.
