Yourrnr is seeking a Manager in Training who will be thoroughly trained to advance toward store management placement. The role emphasizes hands-on exposure across Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments, with structured guidance from upper leadership and access to corporate processes.

Responsibilities include learning policy execution, filing procedures, order placement, and operations coordination, as well as driving store sales through outbound calls and targeted marketing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience desirable but not required.

Responsabilités

• Cross train in Sales, Accounts, and Shop departments.
• Shadow Sales Directors, Account Directors, Home Office, and Marketing/Internet Sales.
• Learn policies, processes, and department workings.
• Learn proper file completion and protect claims filing/tracking.
• Place orders and coordinate with operations to fix issues; run Friday morning meetings.
• Learn monthly P&Ls and support sales growth via outbound calls and flyers.
