7-Eleven, Inc. in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join a focused management team. You will work alongside the Store Leader to guide staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive daily operations.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store following health/sanitation procedures.
• Communicate clearly and use computer tools for daily tasks.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience ok.
• Have a valid driver's license and insure vehicle if required.
• Able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
