Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a results-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our Florence, SC team. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise associates, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive daily operations.

You will coach staff, manage merchandising and marketing programs, handle cash and loyalty promotions, and ensure a clean, safe store environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with retail leadership experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader for all staff.
• Identify and develop leaders, boost retention, and drive employee productivity.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and stock integrity across the store.
