7-Eleven in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. This role focuses on leadership, coaching, and delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the Store Leader.

You will help implement merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling and loyalty efforts, and ensure a safe, clean store. Full-time hours with growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Oversee and coach store employees and support Store Leader.
• Demonstrated ability to retain staff by developing leaders and boosting productivity.
• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and staff training in collaboration with the Store Leader.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program execution across the store.
• Handle cash transactions and fuel transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment and maintain stock availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow health/sanitation procedures.
