7-Eleven, Inc. is looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Greenville, SC. This role offers full-time hours, leadership growth, and valuable experience in store operations and customer service.

You will work with the Store Leader to train staff, oversee daily activities, and promote our loyalty program while ensuring a clean, safe store and accurate cash handling. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Ability to multi-task and supervise store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Help in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Assist in driving sales and controlling store operations.
• Manage cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in-stock.
