7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Boston, MA to lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and coach a team.

You will drive merchandising, promotions, and performance using P&L data while maintaining a safe, clean store environment and a strong rewards program. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking, with a focus on internal advancement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred or 1 year retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
