You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, implement merchandising and promotional programs, manage cash and inventory, and ensure a clean, safe store environment. The role offers room for advancement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership for all store employees.
• Focus on high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Demonstrate use of P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and sanitation rules.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic computer literacy required.
