Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial and guest-service goals. We provide a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success and support from our Panda community.

As an Assistant Manager, you will contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused atmosphere and have opportunities for growth within our expanding nationwide family of Panda restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or food safety trained.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction and store standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for store leadership.
