Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Texas. You will supervise staff, train teams, and drive customer service excellence while implementing merchandising initiatives and loyalty promotions.

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle cash and fuel transactions. A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required for proven experience.

Qualifications
