Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in Harlingen, TX. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive store performance. The role offers full-time hours, leadership development, and competitive pay.

You will mentor team members, implement merchandising plans, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while promoting the loyalty program and handling cash and fuel transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and provide customer service leadership with the Store Leader.
