Job summary

Rural King seeks an Assistant Store Manager Trainee in Ohio who will be groomed for a future Store Manager role. The successful candidate will work with the Store Manager to deliver excellent operations, customer service, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Outgoing self-starter who enjoys working with people.
• Proficient user of computer software systems.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate under deadlines.
• Flexibility to work a 50-hour week with varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure quality customer service and staff supervision and training.
• Direct store personnel to build revenue and meet sales goals.
• Coordinate efforts of all staff to maintain displays and floor plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop personnel.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and problem-solving.
