Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop associates in our Ohio location. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and customer experience while upholding Rural King's values.

You should have at least 2+ years of retail leadership, strong coaching and communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology.
• Flexibility for varied schedules and 50-hour weeks.
• Must meet federal requirements to qualify for a Federal Firearms License (FFL), when applicable.
