Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and customer service.

• Ability to analyze business performance and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with Store Manager to drive sales and maintain high store standards.
• Lead associate development, coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote company initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Support safety, compliance, asset protection, and OSHA-related initiatives.
