Job summary

Walgreens is seeking to fill a Learning and Development track designed to lead to a Store Manager role. The program immerses you in front-end and pharmacy operations under the Store Manager, with rotations across stores to build competencies.

Participants complete classroom, online, and on-the-job training, and pursue required SOPs, compliance standards, and professional growth conversations with District and Director oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years retail management.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
• PTCB Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager direction.
• Shadow Store Manager and lead store operations during the learning journey.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
