Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an ambitious candidate to participate in an accelerated Store Manager development program in New Jersey. You will learn and lead both front-end and pharmacy operations, with coaching from the Store Manager and District Manager to prepare for a Store Manager role.

The program includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training, with rotations across area stores, SOP compliance, and hands-on experience in business performance and people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Under Store Manager direction, oversee front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Shadow or assist Store Manager to lead the store during the learning journey.
