Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to oversee front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Complete accelerated development and obtain required certifications.
• Monitor customer service and coach staff to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and store policies.
• Engage in community events and drive sales opportunities.
