Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program. You will learn full store operations, including front-end and pharmacy, under the Store Manager’s guidance, and complete required certifications and rotations to prepare for permanent assignment.

The program emphasizes leadership development, compliance SOPs, and collaboration with district leadership to monitor performance and growth toward a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position, if an assignment is offered.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.
• PTCB Certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store.
• Shadow Store Manager and lead store operations by learning store processes throughout the learning journey.
• Engage customers and patients while resolving questions to ensure a positive experience.
