Job summary

Circle K Colorado Springs is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at the Centennial Blvd location. You will supervise staff, maintain store image, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding company standards.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, training, safety awareness, and strong communication with suppliers and team. Flexible shift availability and a valid driver's license are expected; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and manage duties.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills required.
• Willing to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees and maintain store image per standards.
• Maintain professional relations with suppliers and manage site relationships.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
