• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices during hiring, training and supervision.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
