Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff using company guidelines.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.
• Valid driver's license and transport to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, assign and manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Lead non-discriminatory hiring, training, counseling, motivation and separations.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure safety and promote a positive local image.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and written appraisals.
• Train staff on safety and company standards.
• Communicate with team regularly and hold meetings with Market Manager.
• Organize files, reports and inventory; monitor margins and expenses.
• Oversee payroll, budgets and financial analysis to maximize profits.
