Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Proficiency with computers, reports, inventory and cash control.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Implement non-discriminatory practices in hiring, training, and counseling employees.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize files and reports; ensure accurate, timely reporting.
