Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for our Parker, Colorado location. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training employees, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining store standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication in English, and the ability to work days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Ability to analyze reports and manage cash.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking and presentation.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain image.
