Job summary

Circle K in Denver is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service at 5455 E Colfax Ave.

You will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory and cash controls, and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers in a fast-paced convenience store setting.

This full-time role requires leadership, reliability and the ability to analyze sales data to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff using store equipment.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions.
• Computer use for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and maintain site image and stock.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on service standards and marketing execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate reports and inventory control.
• Analyze daily sales and assist in budgeting and margins.
• Work indoors with occasional outdoor duties and noise.
