Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with processing of donated goods and sales.
• Assist in banking procedures including reconciliation of Daily Business Statements and deposits.
• Supervise employees and volunteers as needed.
• Provide customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to cover shifts as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow dress code and maintain professional store appearance.
• Perform housekeeping and safety practices in line with agency policies.
• Stock, display, and inventory duties; coordinate with transportation for merchandise.
• Inspect textiles and goods to meet quality standards for sale.
