Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Bloomington location, oversee daily operations and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring profitable store performance through strong leadership and clear communication.

You will schedule employees, train for excellence, and coordinate with suppliers while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment. English fluency and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and use equipment.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring and training of store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks, maintain store cleanliness, stocking, and company-standard image.
• Maintain professional relations with staff and supervisor; schedule within guidelines.
• Develop supplier relationships and handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide performance feedback, ensure safety training and compliance with procedures.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to support profitability and proper cash control.
• Undergo routine and seasonal work conditions, with emphasis on leadership and store operations.
