Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service at the site. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage scheduling, and uphold company standards for appearance and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, resolving customer concerns swiftly, and maintaining accurate financial records and inventories. English communication is required, and a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Supervising and training staff as needed.
• Ability to analyze reports and manage inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to maintain excellent customer service.
• Organize tasks, ensure store is clean, stocked and aligned with standards.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and store appearance.
• Supervise and manage CSR/ASM duties and related activities.
• Develop relations with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor financials, reports and postings; ensure accuracy of records.
