• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Promote safety and non-discriminatory management practices.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports, ensure pricing accuracy.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
