Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in a retail environment. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold company standards for cleanliness, stocking, and pricing.

You will schedule shifts, supervise performance, and maintain a professional image with the team and management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Experience to perform duties and work under described conditions.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient computer use for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral/written).
