CVS Health in Harrisburg is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This development-focused role runs over 16 weeks with a blend of virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and your store manager coach to build leadership skills, qualify for promotion, and gain real store experience in a supportive environment.
