Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT). This development-focused program runs 16 weeks and blends virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach as you build skills in leadership, customer care, merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• Retail management experience is a plus and may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead the team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
