Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. in Tampa is seeking a Leader-in-Training (LIT) to join its leadership pipeline and develop into a store leader. The role collaborates with Team Leader and District Manager to drive store performance and complete a structured 6-month program.

Successful candidates will participate in training, attend sessions, and support company initiatives. On completion the program aims to promote to Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or 2 years of education in Business Management or related field with equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with guests and team members daily.
• Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting completion in 6 months or less.
• Travel to other stores as planned by leadership and LIT Program Manager.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.
• Develop knowledge in inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Perform key management tasks such as opening/closing the store and cash handling.
