ALDI USA is hiring for a Store Manager Trainee to lead operations, develop teams, and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time program provides hands-on leadership experience and training to run a store alongside experienced ALDI staff.

You will manage stocking, merchandising, customer service, schedules, and store standards while following company policies. Expect travel within the division and a clear path to store management through industry-leading training and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and prior management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop store personnel.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to meet KPI goals.
• Oversees scheduling and staffing to ensure coverage.
• Manages store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations to the district manager.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and regulations.
• Communicates performance expectations and provides coaching.
