Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program runs for 16 weeks with self-paced and collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will be guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to develop leadership capabilities. Successful SMIT participants gain exposure to store operations, customer care, merchandising, and daily store management tasks,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
