Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Flexible schedule with full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and live The Pledge, delivering WOW customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive performance.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements for profitability.
• Support store operations and uphold training processes and policies.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to grow the team.
• Take charge of customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training and learn core store operations.
