Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee for the United States. The Store Leader drives profitability, leads merchandising, and develops the store team. Prior supervisory experience is valued, with a strong focus on customer service and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Ability to multitask, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for store employees.
• Manage merchandising and marketing programs and ensure brand standards.
• Utilize store reports and P&L data to drive profitability and implement improvements.
• Oversee cash handling and fuel transactions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure in-stock products.
