You will help implement merchandising and marketing programs, oversee cash handling and fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs while keeping the store clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license required for position in most locations.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (MS Word/Excel) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of customer service leadership with the Store Leader and team.
• Train and coach staff to maintain high standards and retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and fuel transaction procedures.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a presentable store environment.
