Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of store team and deliver WOW customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Learn to manage monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong team.
• Take charge of customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Complete management skills training and learn key aspects of store operations and AutoZone culture.
